• Erin’s work included the demolition and renovation of an existing 44,000 SF retail space for a new tenant, Burlington Coat Factory. The turnkey project included all new MEP systems and EMS systems, interior finishes and façade renovations. The project was completed one month ahead of schedule and opened in the Fall of 2017.
