Erin Contracting was hired by The Goldenberg Group in the summer of 2014 to renovate and convert an existing 35,000 SF retail shell into two new retail spaces for new tenants.  The project included separation of utilities, extensive façade and storefront work and a turnkey fit-out Home Goods, one of the tenants. The project was completed in December 2014.
