Five Below Market Street

Five Below announced plans to relocate its corporate offices to the Lits Brothers building at 7th and Market Streets in Philadelphia, along with plans for a second flagship store in the building. Erin Contracting was awarded the project in May 2017. The project was a two story turnkey fit-out, including managing the complexities of the historic aspects of a building constructed in 1893. The project was completed in March 2018.
