Erin Contracting has successfully completed two retail projects for national retail giant Hobby Lobby.  Each project was in excess of 50,000 SF and required complete demolition of existing premises, and all new systems and interior and exterior finishes for a turnkey project.

• 55,000 SF retail renovation including 5,000 SF addition on helical piles
• Extensive interior and exterior reconstruction
• Completed November 2013

Bristol, CT

• 52,000 SF retail renovation with extensive interior and exterior reconstruction
• Completed October 2014
• Final Value – $1,200,000
