This project involved ground-up new construction of a 25,000 SF free standing building for this leading retailer. Investors contributed over $100,000 toward winter conditions in order to deliver on time. The turnkey project was completed in April 2017 and was one of the more difficult builds ever completed by ERIN Contracting simply due to the time of year and winter weather conditions in Valparaiso, along with poor soil conditions that required considerable remediation.
