Demolition of existing Royal Farms site including all existing structures and fueling stations
Contaminated soil remediation
Construction of new 5,500 SF convenience store with 12 fueling pumps

Easton, MD

Renovation of existing 5,500 SF convenience store
Completed December 2017
Final Project Value – $825,000
